Amalia, chef and owner of Tierra del Sol, will share her story about learning how to make blue corn tortillas in Oaxaca, Mexico when she was just a young girl. In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn about the richness of the Oaxacan traditional cuisine and how to make blue corn tortillas and telelas from scratch, using the Tierra del Sol's signature blue corn masa. After the class, there will be a fiesta featuring the blue corn tortillas and telelas that you just mastered and Amalia will share some other delicious sides to delight everyone!
