¡Tienda Doña Maria es una tienda Mexicana donde puedes encontrar tarjetas telefónicas, transferencias de dinero, pagar facturas, envíos y mucho más! Establecida en 2009, la tienda ha proporcionado a la comunidad alrededor de la sede de Hacienda CDC, alimentos y servicios comunes que son de uso frecuentemente a la comunidad.

Conoce a los Dueños

Conoce a Brenda Reyes, la dueña de Tienda Doña Maria. Se mudó a los Estados Unidos en 1995 y actualmente es parte de el programa DACA. Ella creció en el vecindario NE Cully toda su vida junto a su familia. A medida que crecía, se dio cuenta de que faltaban tiendas que ofrecieran productos de América Latina y los servicios que usaba su comunidad. Esto es lo que provocó su espíritu empresarial. Su objetivo es proporcionar al vecindario y ayudar a aquellos que tenían limitaciones con respecto a los viajes y la barrera del idioma en otras tiendas Americanas.

Tienda Doña Maria is a Mexican grocery store where you can find phone cards, money transfers, pay bills, shipments and much more! Established in 2009, the store has supplied the community around Hacienda CDC’s headquarters with groceries, and services which commonly used.

Meet The Owner

Meet Brenda Reyes, the owner of Tienda Doña Maria. She moved to the U.S in 1995, and is a current DACA recipient. She grew up in the NE Cully neighborhood all her life, alongside her family. As she grew up, she realized there was a lack of stores that offered products from Latin America and the services that her community used. This is what sparked her entrepreneurship. Her goal to provide for the neighborhood and surrounding areas to help out those who had limitations with regards to travel and the language barrier.

El objetivo de Brendas es algún día poder hacer crecer su negocio lo suficiente como para ofrecer un trabajo a los miembros de la comunidad y potencialmente tener que otorgar becas a estudiantes y personas con necesidades financieras o con obstáculos que limitan sus recursos, como DACA .

Brendas goal is to someday be able to grow her business enough to offer a job to community members and to potentially be able to have to give out scholarships to students and people who are in the financial need or with obstacles which limit their resources such as DACA.
